Delivery Policy – Alpine Heights

At Alpine Heights, we are committed to delivering your order reliably and efficiently, with transparent and straightforward delivery terms.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to the following locations within the United Kingdom:

  • UK Mainland
  • The Highlands and Islands of Scotland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isles of Scilly

Note: We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, or any international destinations.


Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays).
  • The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • A dispatch confirmation email, including tracking details, will be sent once your order has been shipped.

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £75
  • For orders under £75:
    • £3.50 for parcels up to 25kg
    • £0.30 per additional kg thereafter
    • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Express Delivery:
    • £5.99 for parcels up to 25kg
    • £0.30 per additional kg thereafter
    • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Highlands and Islands of Scotland

  • Standard delivery only
  • £9.99 for parcels up to 25kg, plus £0.50 per additional kg
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days (depending on area)
  • No express or free delivery available

Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly

  • Standard delivery only
  • £14.99 for parcels up to 25kg, plus £0.50 per additional kg
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
  • No express or free delivery available

Important Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
  • If the delivery address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, a return fee of £6.99 per parcel will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after the standard number of courier attempts (usually 2), and the parcel is returned to us due to no one being available to receive it or due to customer refusal, a return fee of £6.99 per parcel will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • If your order is returned for any other reason not caused by Alpine Heights or the courier (e.g. access issues, customer error), a return fee of £6.99 per parcel will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • Orders are checked for stock availability at the time of placement. If any item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a resolution or refund.
  • If only part of your order is fulfilled, the delivery charge is non-refundable unless no items are shipped.
  • If you have specific delivery instructions or requests, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
  • For delivery concerns, please track your parcel using the link provided. If the issue is unresolved, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging and provide clear photographs to help us resolve the issue.
  • Minor cosmetic damage (e.g. dents on canned goods) may not be eligible for refund, as these are not covered by courier insurance.
  • Collection from our warehouse may be arranged in advance by contacting us directly.

Please note: Free delivery on orders over £75 applies to UK Mainland addresses only and covers standard delivery (2–3 working days).
